As of now malinis na. Just used Avast Home Ed and removed the virus with the On-Boot Scan Option. In this way kasi hindi pa loaded lahat ng virus sa memory so yo9u can repair or delete them. But in my case I deleted the infected files.
By the way, the sality virus will infect all .exe files kaya hindi mo na ma-launch mga infected programs. Sa aking kase workstations ang infected kaya I jsut copied working .exe files from other workstations and avoid reinstalling the programs.

So far okay naman yung remaining computers. Kailan lang palitan yung antivirus. HIndi pa rin pala ganoon ka-effective ang Comodo AV. Or unless mag deep freeze na muna.
Pero napansin ko na na-detect ng avast AV na may virus si comodo. Masmaganda siguro yung PRO version ng comodo. Stick na muna ako sa avast for the meantime.

PC Co Computers has been INfected with Win32:Sality Virus
Dalawa sa aming computers ang na-infect ng Win32/Sality Virus. Ginagawan na namin ng paraan upang matanggal ang virus sa mga computers na ito.
Malamang nakapasok ang mga ito via USB drives from our customers. Ito yung isang reason kaya ayaw namin magpagamit ng USB ports dati. Kahit may anti-virus software na installed sa mga computers meron pa rin reponsibility ang mga customers na mag-scan ng kanilang mga USB devices before accessing their files.
We also suspect an intrusion o nthe file server. Kagabi kasi napansin namin na may .ini files and .exe files na present sa iasng folder ng File Server.
Kung hindi magiging maayos ang performance ng mga computers within the day, may possibility na mag-close muna kami to remedy the problem.
