Creating a LAN Game in L4D

Madami ang nagtatanong kung paano makapaglaro ng L4D sa LAN.

Here are the steps na usually ginagamit ng mga customers dito sa shop:
HOST PC/SERVER

1. Select Play campaign
   
2. Select Quick Match
   
3. Edit Game Settings
   
4. Set the map/chapter, difficulty
   
5. Server type should be local
   
6. Start GAME
   

CLIENT/CONNECTING PCs

1. Press the '~' button para lumabas yung developer's console
   
2. Type 'connect' and the Host's IP address or Computer Name kung alam nyo. (host computer name can be obtained by telling the host to type 'status' on his console. Lalabas dun yung ip address niya.) Dito sa shop madali lang basta input mo lang computer number e.g. PC1 tanungin nyo na lang sino ang server.
   
3. Press enter to connect to the game.
   

So far pang standard game lang ito. Iba yung method kung versus ang gagawin na game.

Sa VERSUS mode naman imbis na sa Play Campaign derecho na sa console again by typing '~' (katabi ng '1' na key).

Then, type 'map' followed a space tapos arrow down and search for a map na may nakalagay "vs" sa map name.

Kung okay na yung map press enter automatic na maglo-load na yung map.

Sa mga joining PCs ganoon pa rin ang paraan ng pag-connect as stated on the previous post.

Para ma-adjust yung difficulty ng game type sa console 'z_difficulty' + space then arrow up or down para makita yung mga options.
