ATTENTION: All E-CARD Holders

Para makasigurado na magagamit ninyo ng maayos ang inyong E-CARD, please follow the following rules para maiwasan ang problems when using our privilege card.
  1. Always bring your E-CARD with you. Hindi po namin mapapagamit ang inyong account by just providing us your account numbers.
  2. Regarding sa computer rental using your E-CARD account, hindi po natin pwedeng gamitin ito ng sabay. Isang user lamang po per E-CARD account access.
  3. Huwag pong wawalain inyong E-CARD. Lost E-CARDS will not be replaced nor its contents, points and bonuses transferred to a new E-CARD.
  4. Damaged E-CARDs can be replaced provided that you will surrender the damaged E-CARD to us para mailipat ang mga oras na natitira kung meron man including FREE or BONUS TIME and POINTS earned.
